The lucky dogs in LA's care get to roam the trails at beautiful Devonian Park which has access to dog heaven - the beach! And when the pack gets back to the parking lot, everyone gets to chill in the shade with a cooling drink and a treat before heading home. Ahhhh....it's a dog's life.
