David and Jody have a great deal of in vogue furniture experience to share with Victorians as David has been involved in the furniture business since he was 13 years old. He worked in his family business as his Father and Grandfather were both involved in retail furniture.
Jody and David have always loved Victoria and thought it would be a great place for their business. They chose the old Monarch location on Herald Street for their new store because it's located in the design district near many other furniture stores.
Jody and David decided to open a new leather furniture store because they felt there was a need in Victoria for good quality leather furniture at a reasonable price, and because they specialize in a contemporary look that didn't seem to be available here.
A great deal of their specialty furniture is manufactured in Canada, as well as overseas, while all the leather is the finest Italian.
As well as beautiful, timeless furniture, Jody and David also carry a large variety of occasional tables, area carpets and a good selection of accessories.
Also, Parc Modern is a Business Member of DogAboutTown.ca, which makes them a destination of choice for discerning dogs and their humans. You will often see their two dogs (Bentley and Lincoln) when you visit as they spend time at the store every day.

Parc Modern is open Tuesday to Saturday, 10:30 -5:30, and Sunday 12:00 -5:00 - closed Monday.
