Before you even enter the beautiful Grand lobby you will be greeted with the smiling faces of a family of Mallard ducks who frequent the fountain area and remind all visitors that Victoria is a city that lives in harmony with its wildlife neighbours.
Once inside, as well as providing luxurious surroundings excellent restaurants, full service spa or a visit to the Athletic Club, that is sure to delight any discerning human, many pets, including dogs 40 pounds or less are welcome to languish in any of the 17 pet friendly rooms or one bedroom suites.
At check in, your four legged friend will surely want a treat from the designer treat bowl, and if Fido or Fifi need a comfy bed just for them or a dining bowl, the friendly, professional staff at the Grand Pacific are happy to oblige.
What more could a spoiled dog wish for - or indeed, a spoiled human!
